The Future of Elizabeth Quay
Elizabeth Quay continues to rate as one of the top Perth destinations, with ongoing expansions that will further boost the attractive urban precinct.
As more residents call this their home, there is a pulsating atmosphere emerging from the diverse range of cafes and restaurants that are offered in the area, with more opening soon.
In 2023, we saw the completion of the landmark Chevron headquarters tower, now occupied by a workforce of more than 1500 people, making the Quay a significant business district.

The adjoining ‘Elizabeth Quay West’ tower is under construction and due to be completed in 2024, which will feature a sky-high art museum and public plaza, bringing more vibrance and culture to the neighbourhood.
Also nearby is the Brookfield and Cbus Property, ‘Nine The Esplanade’ building which will be home to retail outlets, restaurants, and cafés, expanding the already extensive selection of eateries in the area. The premium complex is expected to be completed in 2025, when EY, Hub Australia and Multiplex will relocate into the towers.
Furthermore, the WA Government recently unveiled its plans to redevelop the Perth Convention and Exhibition Centre, proposing new waterfront facilities with food and beverage venues that will transform the existing precinct.
With so many exciting developments, it is hard to imagine a better place to be located for business or pleasure than the Towers at Elizabeth Quay.
