Markets @ The Quay Christmas Edition

Browse more than 60 stalls featuring handmade goods from talented local makers, creatives and artists for a distinctly unique Christmas gift at the Markets @ The Quay on 23 November. Children can enjoy fairy face painting, Christmas decoration workshops and a selfie with Santa as he spreads the holiday cheer around the markets.

Lotterywest Festive Lights

A magnificent 500-piece drone show and fireworks display get the festivities started from the Elizabeth Quay footbridge over two action-packed nights on 30 November and 1 December. Visitors will be entertained by roving performers, hula hoop workshops and sideshow alley, with loads of food trucks and eateries to tempt your taste buds.

Fun and Frivolities

Families can head to the Quay from 6 December to 9 January to experience a fun fair packed with exciting rides, live entertainment and an array of delicious food trucks. The precinct will transform into an enchanting winter wonderland with magical snowfalls every hour after 7pm to dazzle and bring joy to the whole community.

Alinta Energy Christmas Pageant

The 53rd Perth Christmas Pageant will be held on the 7 December in the Perth CBD, where you can see more than 20 floats, marching bands, celebrities and performers bring Christmas to life. When it’s finished, head to the Elizabeth Quay Fun Fair where you can get unlimited carnival rides to energise and exhilarate the whole family.

Nova 93.7 Fireworks display

The night skies will light-up over the Swan River at Elizabeth Quay with sparktacular fireworks demonstrations on the 14, 24, 28 and 31 December, and again on the 4 January. The New Year’s Eve celebrations will feature two shows with one at 8:30pm for families with young children and a second at midnight to get 2025 started with a bang.   

Flame Towers

The Elizabeth Quay waterfront will bring the heat with towering infernos erupting in the precinct from the 20 December, setting the scene for the thrilling extravaganza. Feel the fire from these bellowing beasts while you take in the 360-degree views of the Quay as you reach new heights on the adrenaline-charged Dream Swinger.

Rio Tinto Christmas Lights Trail

Elizabeth Quay will come alive for 41 nights with a dazzling light display as part of the Rio Tinto Christmas Lights Trail from 22 November to 1 January 2025, with one of 20 exhibitions across the CBD. The main masterpiece, Castle of Light, standing seven metres tall, will offer an immersive experience featuring over 40,000 twinkling lights to delight and captivate visitors to the Quay.
